How our program works.......
We lease you the home for two years. You can then buy the house for current fair market value as determined by a licensed appraiser.
At that time, when you close on the home, we will provide you with $1500 to help pay your closing costs. Additionally we will gift up to 3% of the purchase price to you as down payment assistance.
